Fania Carter (CEO)

Fania Carter is the owner/CEO of Sterile Services Co. (SSC). She is an accomplished executive who, throughout her career, has successfully held roles of increasing responsibility across several markets. She is a Veteran of the United State Navy. A former procurement professional supporting multiple federal agencies as a federal contractor and has 15+ combined years of experience in the acquisition, logistics and healthcare industries.

Guillermo Thorne Jr. (COO)

Guillermo is the Chief Operating Officer of Sterile Services Co (SSC). He is an accomplished and strategically minded operations executive, and U.S. Army veteran, with over 18 years of demonstrated expertise leading cross functional teams in the area Government Procurement and Acquisitions. His expertise in stakeholder relationship building, human capital planning, and team management allows him to align cross-functional resources with requirements and regulations to meet and exceed business goals. Guillermo has successfully held roles of increased responsibility throughout his career. Most recently Guillermo held the roles of Director of Contracts and Exports Controls for QRC Technologies, and prior to that as Chief of Procurement and Acquisition Policy for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s (BEP) Office of Acquisition. Guillermo has been involved in the negotiation of complex commercial and Government contracts which have brought to bear technology solutions needed on the field by warfighters.  While on active duty in the U.S. Army, Guillermo served honorably in many capacities in nearly 15 years of services as an expert negotiator; a researcher and solver of problems through the application of policies and procedures that enhance organizational productivity.
